Screen printing is our primary discipline and something we’ve been doing since our company began in 1997. Although the process of putting designs on apparel may seem simple, it can take years to master and is constantly advancing. EMBROIDERED PATCHES
Embroidered patches are decorative emblems stitched with high-quality threads onto a fabric backing, delivering a textured, tactile design that enhances branding on apparel, headwear, bags, and accessories. These durable patches add a classic, handcrafted appeal and stand up to repeated wear and laundering.
Leather Patches
Leather patches are premium emblems crafted from genuine or faux leather, offering a refined, tactile branding solution. Ideal for jackets, hats, bags, and accessories, these patches combine durability with a luxurious or rustic look that elevates any product.
Woven Patches
Woven patches are premium fabric emblems that we procure and expertly apply to garments and headwear. We collaborate closely with you to review and refine artwork, ensuring the final design meets your specifications before production. The finished patches feature intricate detail and durable construction—perfect for enhancing any garment or accessory.
Water Base - Discharge
Unlike traditional plastisol inks that are laid on top of the fabric, water based inks are pushed deep into the fibers—essentially re-dying the fabric—leaving you with a super soft print that you cannot feel. Water based screen printing offers bright, naturally vibrant colors that take on a more muted, organic look compared to plastisol inks. For dark or colored garments, a discharge additive is incorporated to remove the fabric’s dye, ensuring optimal print clarity.
Soft Plastisol
Soft plastisol screen printing is a unique technique that marries the durability of traditional plastisol inks with a softer, more transparent finish. By incorporating a special soft base during the ink formulation, our process thins down the ink to create a semi-transparent effect reminiscent of water-based inks. This technique is ideal for achieving tone-on-tone or subtle thin layers of ink.
Vintage
Vintage screen printing is a specialized technique designed to evoke the charm and character of bygone eras. By applying a custom filter over the design file, we create a simulated vintage, cracked, or worn look that adds timeless appeal to your artwork. This method can be seamlessly combined with water based or soft plastisol inks for enhanced authenticity, ensuring that each print exudes a genuine, aged aesthetic.
Puff
Puff screen printing is a specialized technique that creates a raised, three-dimensional effect by using a unique puff ink formulation. When heated, the ink expands to add texture and depth to your design, offering an eye-catching, tactile finish that stands out on any fabric. Puff printing is characterized by its soft rounded edges when compared to high density which is much more sharp and refined.
Glow in Dark
Glow in Dark screen printing is a unique process that utilizes a specialized, semi-transparent overlay which glows in the dark when charged with light. This innovative technique creates captivating designs that come to life in low-light conditions, adding a dynamic, luminous element to your artwork.
Plastisol
Screen printing with plastisol ink is most common because the colors are bright, easy to control, and you can use this technique on a wide range of fabrics. The ink sits on top of the garment rather than being driven into the fibers like water based ink. The common misconception is that plastisol ink has to be thick and heavy which is just not the case. We use special screens and methods to insure nice soft thin prints.
Gloss Press
Gloss Press Screen Printing is a specialized two-step process that combines multi-layer screen printing with a heat press technique to create a striking high gloss finish. This process begins with printing the design using multiple layers of thin ink, followed by a low temperature gel curing in a conveyor dryer, and culminates with a precision heat press using a special Teflon sheet. The result is a vibrant, durable print with an eye-catching reflective shine.
Gel
Gel Screen Printing is a specialized technique that uses innovative gel inks to create designs with a unique wet appearance and a slightly raised, rubber-like texture. This process lends your artwork a fresh, dynamic look that is both visually captivating and tactilely engaging.
Jewel Tone
Jewel Tone Ink Screen Printing is a specialized process that uses our exclusive jewel tone inks to produce designs with a subtle, luxurious shimmer effect. Predominantly available in metallic hues such as gold, silver, and copper, our inks can also be custom matched to other Pantone metallic formulas. While we traditionally relied on plastisol formulas, our shift to water based jewel tone inks now delivers superior vibrancy and fabric integration.
High Density
High density screen printing is a premium technique that applies a thick layer of ink to create raised designs with a bold, tactile appearance. This method is particularly valued for its precision and ability to produce sharp, well-defined edges that stand out distinctly on fabrics. Although it shares similarities with puff screen printing, high density printing is characterized by its crisp, precise finish compared to the softer, rounded texture typical of puff prints.
Full Color Simulated Process
Simulated process screen printing is a cutting-edge technique that recreates full-color, continuous-tone images using multiple halftone layers. By converting your artwork into detailed halftone separations and printing each color layer separately, we achieve a vibrant, photo-quality print that retains the nuances of the original design. Our simulated process printing has earned industry awards for excellence, and we use the best laser to screen imaging technology to ensure every detail is captured with precision.
Chain Stitch Plus
Chain Stitch Embroidery is a distinctive method that uses our expert digitizing techniques and commercial embroidery machines to simulate the appearance of a traditional chain stitch. While the final design exhibits the timeless, interlocking loop style of a vintage chain stitch, our process does not employ the actual chain stitching method—it creates the look with modern precision and high volume production capabilities.
Classic Embroidery
Classic Embroidery is our signature method of commercial embroidery, expertly combining various stitch styles—such as fill, satin, and running stitches—to create everything from basic logos to intricate designs. This timeless technique transforms your artwork into durable, visually pleasing embroidery that hits just right on any garment.
Foil Printing
Foil printing is a specialized, multi-step process where we first screen print a high-performance adhesive onto the garment, then light cure the adhesive through a conveyor dryer to gel the ink, and finally apply the foil using a heat press. This final step also cures the adhesive, resulting in a vibrant, reflective finish that stands out.
3D Puff Foam
3D Puff Foam Embroidery is a specialized technique that adds depth to your embroidered design. It starts with a precision-cut foam sheet being placed on the garment. The embroidery machine then stitches over the foam, giving your design a bold, raised appearance that enhances its visual impact. This technique is best suited for headwear.
