After reviewing your logo or artwork it is converted into a precision digitized file. This step defines stitch types—satin, fill, and running stitch—thread paths, and density to ensure your design is faithfully reproduced with crisp lines and rich texture.

Using state-of-the-art embroidery machines and premium polyester threads, operators execute the planned stitch map on a chosen fabric backing. Each pass creates the raised, textured effect that gives embroidered patches their signature depth and clarity.

Once stitching is complete, patches are trimmed to shape with either a merrowed (overlocked) border or a clean heat-cut edge. After the edges are finished your choice of sew-on, iron-on, or hook-and-loop (Velcro®) backing is applied for secure, long-lasting attachment.
