Q – How do I place an order?

Q – What if I don’t see the products I am looking for?
A – We only show a limited amount of the products we have to offer. If you don’t see what you are looking for, please fill out this form or contact a sales representative and let us do the shopping for you.
Q – What if I don’t have artwork?
A – Apparel Graphics has an artwork department ready to design a logo for your organization or event.
Q – I have my artwork. How do I send it to you?
A – You can send your art by uploading it to our upload page. Please make sure it meets our artwork guidelines.
Q – What are your order minimums?
A – Our minimum order is 12 embroidered garments or 24 screen printed garments that get the same imprint design, imprint location and imprint color scheme. We will only mix like style and color garments. Ex: 6 short sleeve t-shirts and 6 long sleeve t-shirts. Light and dark colored garments often cannot be mixed for print runs. Please inquire beforehand if you are unsure whether or not garment colors or styles can be combined for orders. Adult and youth sized garments may not be combined unless the same size imprint is used. These minimums apply to promotional imprinted apparel only. Our other promotional products minimum orders vary per vendor and product.
Q – What can I do to keep my pricing down?
A – There can be a several answers to this question depending on what you order.
(1) – We offer several pricing columns (Ex. 48, 72, 144 pcs.). The more you order the cheaper your price will be.
(2) – Avoid multiple imprint locations per item. (Ex. You ordered a shirt with a front and back print. If you can avoid printing the back design your price will go down.)
(3) – The stitch count in your embroidered logo is very high. Larger more detailed designs cost more because they take longer to produce. Try simplifying your logo to get the stitch count down.
(4) – The logo you are screen printing has several colors. Try decreasing you color count and your price will go down as well.
(5) – The blank item you chose is a premium product. Try ordering a more economical item at a price point that fits your budget.
Q – Do you guarantee your products?
A – Apparel Graphics takes pride in the service and products we offer. Defective or misprinted items may be returned for a full refund within 48 hours from receiving them.
Q – How will you ship my items?
A – All items are shipped UPS ground unless rush services are requested.
Q – How long will it take to receive my order?
A – Imprinted apparel ships from our production facility within 10-12 business days from your art and sales order approval. Promotional items such as pens and coffee cups vary per product because they are imprinted off site. Rush services are available.
